Participation and Presentation at the 16th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Animal Ultrasound Technology
On December 8–9, 2025, we exhibited and presented at the 16th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Animal Ultrasound Technology, held in Tochigi Prefecture. During the conference, we introduced the operational status of the BMS grading system for Japanese Black fattening cattle, developed in collaboration with Fukushima Prefecture. This system, known as AI‑MEAT, utilizes artificial intelligence to perform ultrasound‑based meat quality assessment.
