MIJ Meat Grading Technology Featured at Major Livestock Competitions in Uruguay and Argentina!

We are pleased to announce that our South American partner, TechnoBeef, was recently invited to serve as official carcass evaluation jurors at prestigious steer competitions in Uruguay and Argentina. They utilized our MIJ Camera Technology (MIJ Technology) to conduct objective, data-driven carcass quality assessments.
■ Uruguay: Limangus Steer Competition
TechnoBeef participated as a carcass evaluation jury member at the Limangus Steer Competition in Uruguay. By using MIJ Technology, they provided instant, precise data on ribeye area and overall meat quality, bringing objective standardization to the evaluation process.

■ Argentina: Block Test Steer Competition (Córdoba)
For the second consecutive year, TechnoBeef was invited by the Sociedad Rural de Jesús María to join the carcass judging panel at the Block Test Steer Competition in Córdoba, Argentina.
The evaluation took place at the “Frigorífico Logros” meat processing plant, where the team tracked cattle traceability from live animal assessments to final carcass grading. MIJ Technology was used to capture objective data on key meat quality attributes, including ribeye area (highly correlated with carcass yield), marbling scores, and meat and fat color.
