Certified by AUS-MEAT for marbling evaluation

On May 24, 2021, in cooperation with the Australian Wagyu Association (AWA), we became the first company in the world to receive certification from AUS-MEAT, the Australian carcass grading agency, for fat marbling evaluation in all ranges (AUS-MEAT 0 to 9+) by machine grading.
